Tyresö National Park – Not a myth!
Okay okay – sometimes it takes a while but in the end everything turns out to be nice: there is a national park in Tyresö. It’s not this big, however it is a national park.
Actually we just wanted to go swimming and so we took the bus to Nyfors… got out there and went down the hill, always in the direction of the hill. After a few minutes we got to this little bridge to the other side of the lake. There was this huge sign that we are now in the national park.
So this defenetly another great bonus of Tyresö that there is so much nature around.
Tyresö is close to the sea!
Well well well,
I think that I have to report also the nice stuff about Tyresö. So here it comes: the town lies right next to the baltic sea and a couple of lakes are located close to it. So as the waether is really nice now (compared to the days before) we went out to sea the baltic sea.
Sebastian was so kind to share this image!
As you can imagine it was really nice there – swimming and jumping into the water… Later we also did some experients with long time exposure photography, which was a lot of fun too!
hello world – greetings from Tyresö
Dear World,
I got to tell you something really strange, exciting and even some how unusual: The true story about the ERASMUS-student accomodation in Tyresö.
The european exchange programme ERASMUS for college students from all over Europe lead me to Stockholm. This sounds great and it is great. However, one thing about this situation is not as exciting as one would say: the KTH has a lot of truble to find enough rooms for all the students coming to Stockholm. Therefore they take every room and house they can get. One place they got is located in Tyresö – which is the place where I’m going to stay while I’m student of the KTH – the technical college of Stockholm.
